Generator Power for Facilities & Government

Hospitals, hotels, data centres, shopping centres and council infrastructure. Backup that simply must run, on sites where an outage is not a nuisance but an incident.

Facilities & government

The backup nobody is allowed to notice

Theatres, wards, data halls and civic buildings do not get to fail gracefully. The set has to start, carry the load, and leave a record that stands up to an audit.

Facilities & Government power

Backup that has to hold

In a hospital, an aged-care home or a data centre, the generator is not equipment, it is the continuity plan. That changes what matters: proof of capacity, documented commissioning, a maintenance record you can put in front of an auditor, and a number you can ring at three in the morning.

We work at both ends of that. We design and install permanent standby systems with automatic transfer, and we mobilise temporary generation at short notice when a sub-station floods or a switchboard upgrade takes the mains offline.

  • Audit-ready records Service reporting written for a compliance file, not a job docket.
  • Automatic transfer Change-over managed so the site rides through the outage and back again.
  • Super-silent fleet Canopied sets for CBD, hospital and residential-boundary noise limits.

What happens next

From your call to power on

No triage queue and no handballing. The person who picks up is the person organising your set.

  1. You call, we answer

A real person on the phone any hour of any day, not an after-hours message bank. Tell us the site and what has gone down.

  2. We size it on the call

Our electricians and generator specialists work out what will carry the load now, and what the connection needs to look like.

  3. Dispatch and connect

The set goes out on our own float fleet, and our A-grade electricians make the connection and commission it on site.

  4. We stay accountable

Fuel management, monitoring and on-call technicians until your operation is back on, stable, and no longer needs us.

Facilities & Government questions

Frequently asked

Can you supply temporary power to a hospital at short notice?

Yes. We have done exactly that, supplying 1,500kVA of temporary power to a Melbourne CBD hospital after a sub-station flood, using 3 × 500kVA super-silent generators with fuel, exhaust and electrical installation. Our emergency line runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Are your generators quiet enough for a hospital or residential boundary?

Our super-silent fleet runs from 100kVA to 1500kVA in acoustic canopies, which is what we deploy on CBD, hospital and noise-sensitive sites. We can also design acoustic enclosure works as part of a permanent installation.

Do you provide service records for compliance and audits?

Yes. Our servicing contracts are built around detailed service reporting and audit-ready records, because on these sites the generator is part of a documented business continuity plan.

Do you install automatic transfer switches?

Yes. Our installations are supported by generator control and automatic transfer systems that manage change-over between mains and backup supply, so the site rides through an outage and transitions back smoothly when grid power returns.
