Built for continuous load
An industrial load does not behave like a building load. Motors, conveyors, compressors and refrigeration cycle hard, and a set that is sized on nameplate figures alone will nuisance-trip on the first heavy start. We size against the real profile and, where the site needs it, run units in parallel.
Sets over 100kVA can be synchronised to run in series, which gives you redundancy, load sharing and the ability to take one machine offline for service without dropping the plant. We design, supply and commission those installations in-house, including the ComAp control systems that manage them.

Frequently asked
Can generators be run in parallel for a bigger load?
Yes. Units over 100kVA can be synchronised to run in series, which provides redundancy, load bearing and the ability to take a machine offline without dropping the site. We have designed and installed synchronised arrays up to 4 × 550kVA.
Do you support a planned shutdown or switchboard upgrade?
That is one of the most common jobs we do. We supply temporary generation sized to carry the site while the upgrade runs, install the fuel, exhaust and electrical connections, and de-mobilise once mains power is restored.
Will you service generators you did not supply?
Yes. We are vendor-agnostic and hold maintenance and breakdown contracts covering large fleets of client-installed generators, including one contract covering more than 100 units.
How do you prove the generator will carry the plant?
Load-bank testing. We apply a real, measured load to the set and record its behaviour, which gives you documented proof of capacity rather than a nameplate figure.
