It depends on how the set runs, not the calendar alone. A generator that sits idle most of the year needs different attention to one running regular test-loads. We audit the asset first, then build the schedule around how it is actually used and what the site loses if it fails to start.
Will you service a generator you did not supply?
Yes. We are a vendor-agnostic specialist, so brand is not a barrier. We hold maintenance and breakdown contracts covering large fleets of client-installed generators, including one contract covering more than 100 units.
What is load-bank testing and do I need it?
A load bank applies a real, measured electrical load to the generator so its behaviour can be recorded under conditions close to a genuine outage. It matters most on standby sets that rarely run, because a monthly no-load test start proves the engine turns over but proves nothing about capacity.
What happens if the generator fails outside business hours?
You ring the same number. Our team is on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with in-house electricians and mechanics rather than a subcontracted after-hours service.
